After discovering his late Italian grandmother's recipes, Jack picked up the hobby of baking during the pandemic.  While honing the hobby, Jack's friend Frankie suffered 19 strokes (yes, 19) and found himself suddenly unemployed and unable to earn a living.  Jack decided to open his cottage bakery as a way to try to help Frankie during his recovery, aptly naming the bakery after Frankie's childhood nickname.

Commotion In Motion Bakery offers a variety of freshly baked homemade goods available for pickup or delivery (New Jersey only).  The menu features cakes, cookies, breads, truffles, and pizzelles, many of which are named various people in Jack's life.
